line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-size: 20px; font-family: 黑体, SimHei;">大赛分在校学生、非在校青年两个赛道，每个赛道均包含两个组别。其中，在校学生赛设创新组、创业组两个组别;非在校青年赛设项目初创组、企业成长组两个组别。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-size: 20px; font-family: 黑体, SimHei;">围绕"百县千镇万村高质量发展工程"实施、建设"12218"现代化产业体系、十五运会和残特奥会等工作要求，<strong>各组别重点从"产业发展""绿美广州""公共服务和社会治理""帮扶协作"四个类别征集项目</strong>。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">(一)赛道设置</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">在校学生赛</span></strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">为广州及香港、澳门地区高校学生开设。通过广州及香港、澳门地区高校发动在校大学生项目(企业)参赛，重点关注"创青春""挑战杯""中国国际大学生创新大赛"等同类赛事获奖项目。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">非在校青年赛</span></strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">为非在校的青年开设。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">广州市11个区团委重点聚焦四个类别选拔推荐青年创新创业项目，可根据区域产业特色开设专项赛事。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">大赛在福建省龙岩市、贵州省相关地市(黔南州、毕节市、</span><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px; text-indent: 2em;">安顺市)、广东省湛江市等开设分赛区，由当地团市委选拔推荐青年创新创业项目参赛。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">专设"助力新型农村集体经济'3050'产业项目专项赛""港澳青年专项赛""台湾青年专项赛"，选拔推荐青年创新创业项目。其中，"助力新型农村集体经济3050'产业项目专项赛"聚焦助力广州新型农村集体经济发展，提升经营性收入水平，重点征集涵盖现代种养殖产业链升级、农产品深加工技术创新、乡村文旅IP开发、农村电商新业态培育、农村社会化服务体系创新等领域的创新创业项目,通过"培训孵化+资源对接+资金扶持"助推集体经济增收，具体赛事规则及奖励机制另行发布。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">(二)组别设置</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">按参赛项目所处的创新创业阶段及企业的创办年限(以工商登记为准)，在校学生赛设创新组、创业组两个组别，非在校青年赛设项目初创组、企业成长组两个组别，企业创办年限以2025年5月1日为界限进行划分。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">1.在校学生赛的创新组、创业组:</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">(1)<strong>创新组。</strong>尚未创办公司，产品原型或服务模式已研发成型，具有成熟的创业规划书。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">(2)<strong>创业组。</strong>已创办公司，工商登记注册时间不超过2年(含)，有成熟的创业项目、完整的创业团队(核心团队成员不少于3人)</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">2.非在校青年赛的项目初创组、企业成长组:</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">(1)项目初创组。</span></strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">尚未创办公司或已创办公司但工商登记注册时间不超过2年(含)，有成熟的创业项目、完整的创业团队(核心团队成员不少于3人)。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">(2)企业成长组。</span></strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">已创办公司，工商登记注册时间在2-5年(含)，项目具有一定的前瞻性、创新性、并拥有自主知识产权，具备发展潜力和市场前景。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">(三)参赛条件</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">1.年龄不超过40周岁(含)的中国公民，指1985年1月1日(含)以后出生的中国公民。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">2.在校学生赛创新组的项目，报名人须为团队主要负责人，团队主要负责人及成员均须为普通高等学校全日制在校本专科生和研究生;在校学生赛创业组的项目，报名人须为企业法人代表，该法人代表须为普通高等学校全日制在校本专科生和研究生，且持有该企业股份。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">非在校青年赛项目初创组的项目，报名人须为团队主要负责人;非在校青年赛企业成长组的项目，报名人须为企业法人代表，且持有该企业股份。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">3.参赛者需提供第十二届广州青年创新创业大赛报名表1份(附件3、4)、第十二届广州青年创新创业大赛创业规划书1份(附件5、6)、近一年的企业利润表和资产负债表(如无注册公司则无需提供)，可提供创业规划书PPT等其他辅助材料。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">产业发展类：</span></strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">围绕广州建设"12218"现代化产业体系目标,按照坚持"产业第一、制造业立市"这1个总体要求，瞄准制造业服务业两业融合、数智化绿色化两化转型这2个主攻方向，重点关注广州打造的15个战略性产业集群、6个未来产业和8个现代服务业领域的青年创新创业项目。</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">绿美广州类：</span></strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">以绿美广州生态建设为引领,结合绿美广州"八大工程"，重点在推进城乡一体绿美提升、城中村改造、历史文化保护传承、圩镇环境品质优化提升、农村人居环境整治、农房风貌管控提升及可持续资源开发、生态环保、清洁能源应用等领域征集项目。围绕环南昆山一罗浮山县镇村高质量发展引领区，重点挖掘一批具有市场竞争力的乡村咖啡馆青年创业项目，优先选拔推荐该领域的青年创新创业项目。</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">公共服务和社会治理类：</span></strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">围绕推动基础设施提档升级、公共服务提质增效、社会治理共建共治共享，从优化乡村交通设施布局、基础设施系统化改造、民生需求和公共服务改善等领域征集项目。鼓励青年结合"十五运会和残特奥会"契机申报文化体育类创新创业项目，对运用人工智能与智能机器人、云计算、大数据、物联网等新技术改进公共服务与社会治理的项目优先考虑。</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">帮扶协作类：</span></strong><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">在贵州省黔南州、毕节市、安顺市，福建省龙岩市、广东省湛江市开设分赛区，征集创业项目，促进与帮扶协</span><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px; text-indent: 2em;">作地的青年创新创业项目交流、产业对接和项目落地。</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">2.曾在本赛事往届比赛中获奖项目不得参赛或转换组别参赛。同一项目不得多个赛区或多个组别参赛，只能选择其中一个比赛。</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">港澳台青年、留学归国人员和以基础研究和成果转化为重点的团队，特别是符合国家、省、市重大人才工程入选者的参赛团队及项目，可适当放宽参赛条件。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 0em; font-size: 20px;">各分赛区、专项赛自行组织海选赛。</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 4em;"><span style="font-family: 黑体, SimHei; font-size: 20px;">(二)赛事组织(5月)</span></p><p style="text-wrap-mode: wrap;
